The SDG Art Competition (#SDGAC) promotes social responsibility among children and youth by encouraging them to volunteer and actively participate in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This online event harnesses the power of art to inspire change and foster a global dialogue on the 17 SDGs set by the United Nations. By engaging young people in creative exploration, the competition instills social values and educates participants from all economic backgrounds on various social issues through their artistic expressions.

- Register: Sign up for the SDG Art Competition by completing the registration process on our website.
- Make the Payment: Upon registration, proceed to make the payment for your entry fee through the provided payment methods.
- Receive Unique Number: After payment confirmation, you will receive a unique registration number via email or WhatsApp.
- Know the Important Dates: Stay updated on the competition timeline by checking the important dates provided on our website or communicated through email/WhatsApp notifications.
- Create Your Artwork: Draw your artwork according to the specified theme and guidelines within the given time frame.
- Submit Your Artwork: Upload your artwork through our designated submission portal on the website before the submission deadline.
- Wait for Preliminary Results: Await the announcement of preliminary results to see if your artwork has been shortlisted for the final round.
- Final Round Invitation: If your artwork is among the top 50 shortlisted entries, you will receive an invitation to participate in the final round.
- Draw Same Artwork: During the final round, the shortlisted participants must redraw the exact same artwork they submitted preliminarily via the organization’s allotted online meeting platform.
- Send Original Artwork: Top 50 participants must send their original artwork to the provided address within the specified time period for further evaluation.
- Winner Selection: Winners and the top 25 participants will be selected from among the top 50 based on the successful completion of the final round and the assessment of their original artwork.
- Cash Prize: Cash prizes for the winners will be directly deposited into their bank accounts.
- Winning Materials: Winners will receive their winning materials through courier delivery to their provided addresses.
Following these steps will ensure a smooth and successful participation process in the SDG Art Competition.
- Theme Adherence: All entries must adhere to the competition theme Sustainable Development Council without exception.
- Drawing Sheet Requirements: Each drawing sheet must prominently display the participant’s Registration Number, Participant Name, Registered Mobile Number, and Category.
- Paper Size and Coloring Materials: Participants are required to use either A4 or A3 sheets for their artwork, and any coloring materials are permissible.
- Acceptable Formats: Only physical drawings on paper will be accepted; digital drawings will not be considered for the competition.
- Drawing Caption: Each artwork must be accompanied by a drawing caption, written in English and not exceeding 30 words.
- Preliminary Submission Deadline: Preliminary submissions will be accepted from 10:00 AM on August 5, 2022, until 6:00 PM on February 6, 2024.
- File Size and Format: Uploaded files must not exceed 1MB in size and must be in JPEG or JPG format. Files in any other format will be disregarded.
- Judging Criteria: Artwork will be evaluated based on creativity, technique, adherence to the theme, and overall artistic expression. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
- Multiple Entries: Participants is not allowed to submit multiple entries.
- Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner throughout the competition. Any form of disruptive behavior or misconduct will result in disqualification.
- Rights and Permissions: By submitting their artwork, participants grant the organizers the right to display, reproduce, and distribute the artwork for promotional and educational purposes, with appropriate credit given to the artist.
- Prizes: Prizes may be awarded to winners based on predefined categories (e.g., age group, skill level). The nature and value of the prizes will be determined by the organizers and communicated to the participants in advance.
- Disqualification: The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules and regulations of the competition or engages in unethical behavior, as determined at their discretion.
- Legal Compliance: Participants are responsible for ensuring that their artwork complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright and intellectual property rights.
- Modification of Rules: The organizers reserve the right to modify, amend, or cancel any rules or regulations of the competition at their discretion, with prior notice to the participants.
Preliminary Submission:
Upon completion of registration, all participants are required to digitally upload their artwork. The selection committee will meticulously review submissions from all categories, ultimately handpicking the top 50 drawing sheets based on creativity, adherence to the theme, and artistic merit. Selected participants must send their physical artwork to our address.
Final Submission:
The chosen top 50 participants will advance to the Grand Finale, where they will engage in a thrilling artistic showdown. Each participant must faithfully reproduce the exact drawing sheet submitted during the preliminary round within a tight 60-minute timeframe. This reproduction will take place via the organization’s designated online meeting platform. Following completion, participants must promptly submit their recreated artwork through our website within the specified timeframe.
Winner Selection Process:
From the pool of top 50 participants, the selection committee will meticulously assess each artwork to ensure it maintains at least a 90% resemblance to the original submission from the preliminary round. Based on this stringent criterion, the top 25 participants will be distinguished as winners, their skill and dedication to artistic consistency duly recognized.

The top three winners from each category will have their winning images showcased at the prestigious United Nations headquarters and presented to UN officials.
Winning is rewarded:
- 1st Place: Winner Certificate, Gold Medal, and Trophy.
- 2nd Place: Winner Certificate, Silver Medal, and Trophy.
- 3rd Place: Winner Certificate, Bronze Medal, and Trophy.
But that’s not all:
- Every registered participant will receive a Participation E-Certificate.
- The top 50 participants of each category will be honored with a Certificate of Appreciation.
